Nik Homes, is a professional, full service real estate home solutions company that buys and sells properties throughout Northshore and northwest suburbs. We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovate and sell them to retail home buyers and landlords. Founded in 2015 by a husband and wife team Ivica and Mina Nikolic, Nik Homes is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Chicago Land area and its neighborhoods.
